1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within:

• 14 days (EU consumer law — for unused products)

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resale condition

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made components

  • Special-order items

  • Tubes or other electronic components that have been installed or powered on

  • Items damaged due to improper handling

2. Return Process

  • Email info@audio.parts with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  • Send the item back to our warehouse.

  • Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the packaging + product

  • We will replace or refund the item

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if the replacement product is in stock.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay return shipping 

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
