LL1627 Output Transformer

The LL1627 transformer is offered in four factory-set configurations, each with a different air-gap optimized for its intended operating mode:

• Push-pull

• Single-ended, 90 mA

• Single-ended, 140 mA

• Single-ended, 185 mA

(The air-gap is designed to handle the DC current from the output tube without driving the core into saturation, ensuring adequate headroom for the audio signal.)

You can also choose between two types of C-core materials:

• Silicon-iron

• Amorphous-iron (AM)

The transformer’s primary and secondary impedances can be configured by wiring the exposed solder pins in different combinations of the internal winding sections.
