How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are affected by weight, volume and address. When you check out, you can choose the shipping method that suits you best. We use a shipping generator to reduce shipping prices as much as possible.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on whether the item is in stock or if it is a made-to-order item. If the items are in stock, the processing time is approximately 1-2 days.
Do i have to pay taxes?
If you are a registered company in the EU you can write your VATnumber and make the purchase with VAT exemtion.
If you buy as a private customer you will pay local taxes since we are registered for OSS.
Countries outside EU is export and there will not be any tax collected.
Do you sell worldwide?
Yes we do sell worldwide.

How is the recipient reimbursed?
Refunds take five to ten days and are paid back through Stripe.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The product picture normally represents the product you are buying but it is not the actual unit that you purchase. Because of this, bear in mind that some deviations in appearance can be expected.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes. If we will discontinue a product we will instead remove it from the website.
